I Only Party With The Best!

The Best of The Main Line party was last night, and it was nothing short of poppin'! As I entered into the main ballroom, party-goers were dancing to a variety of classic party tunes everyone knows and loves, courtesy of Jellyroll, and eating and drinking gourmet treats from all over the area.

From sipping spiked watermelon lemonade and Thai iced tea, to eating Portabello resturant's exotic mushroom crepes with fresh Kennett Square mushrooms and a porcini reduction...the food and drinks were flowing and nothing short of delicious! There were good eats served, right up until the very end of the night, when I munched on mahi-mahi tacos and drank raspberry beer from Pinocchio's pop up beer garden, while sharing laughs with my mom, aunt, and uncle. It was the perfect end to the night.

Don't think I didn't take notes of all of the frosting and fashion at the party!

The cakes on display at the event were pure artwork. I was transported into a storybook with the magic created by Clay bakery, with their adorable fairy and unicorn cakes. The hummingbird and tree branch cake and the rock crystal cake from Night Kitchen were amazing too. As an avid baker, all of the magnificent cakes on display inspired me to step up my decorating game.

As for the fashions of the night, they were all unique and fun! Guests dressed fabulous for the occasion in eye-catching fashion choices, from whimsical floral cocktail dresses, to fancy bright colored jumpsuits, to glittery beaded gowns. Another fashion moment was spotted during the night, when I came across Revivals Boutique's table, winner of best consignment shop on the Main Line, displaying beautiful bags and shoes from Chanel, LV, and Gucci, OH MY!

From cute succulent cupcakes to a huge wall made out of fresh flowers to pose in front of to capture the perfect Instagram photos... the event was so on trend!

Main Line Today Magazine always throws the most fabulous party, and it is always so much fun. Every year it gets better and better; they always manage to top themselves! I already cannot wait for next year's party. 😊

Girls Night Out at Philly Fashion Week 2017!

Friday night, after dining on gourmet cuisine at Fine Palate, my mom, sister, and I attended the Runway I fashion show for Philly Fashion Week! PFW is always a super fun event, where all of the chicest and over the top fashionistas in the city, all meet up in one place. Friday night's show took place at beautiful Dilworth Park in the heart of Philadelphia. The list of talented designers goes on and on, one design more gorgeous than the next. Hot trends featured for this season were preppy mini skirts, sheer tops, sailor's hats, cold-shoulder blouses, and high- waisted trousers for women. Bold prints were showcased for men, from blazers to pants.  I definitely left the show feeling inspired and wanting to go on a major shopping spree to revamp my entire wardrobe with Fall's hottest trends! All I need is the fall weather to come along one of these days, so I can finally pair stylish trousers and a bold red lip for a night out on the town. ...

My 1st Delco Beautorial: Ooh La La!

Bonjour! Sorry it's been  a while since I last posted! I was feeling very French inspired today! It could have just been because my sweater says "ooh la la" on it, or the fact that I've been randomly craving french macarons for the past 24 hours.. Who knows! On my way home from work I made a quick detour to Crêperie Béchamel in Wayne to pick up some macarons! Randomly getting French macarons on a Thursday... Who do I think I am Blair Waldorf? In my defense, it's almost the weekend and I've made it this far in the week without oversleeping for work a single day, so like the saying goes "Treat yoself!" It just so happens I recently purchased three of the NYX macaron lippies and I've been dying to try them out. This season is all about rocking unusual and bold lip colors so I wanted to try 3 out of the ordinary shades! I bought the colors Rose (Barbie pink), Earl Grey (light blue), and Pistachio (pastel green). So to go along with my Fren...

Christmas Fun for Everyone!

I spent the chilly afternoon at Six Flags Great Adventure Holiday in the Park yesterday, to get into the holiday spirit. Tweety Bird, Bugs Bunny, and toy soldiers gathered around a ginormous decorated tree, and greeted everyone entering the park! Fake snow was falling down, as Christmas carols played throughout the park to welcome you into the whimsical wonderland. The entire park was transformed into a Christmas oasis with Christmas lights, decorated trees, and holiday characters all over for photo-ops. Families gathered to keep warm and to roast marshmallows in the s'mores fire pits and sipped hot chocolate. Many other delicious holiday treats such as Christmas themed funnel cakes and yuletide brews were available throughout the park as well. You could eat, drink, and be merry while watching the holiday concert in the center of the park with specials guests like Santa Claus and Rudolph. Be careful with your hot chocolate intake though if you plan on jumping onto adrenaline- r...
