Snowed In Super Smoothie Snack

I have a total smoothie obsession, I drink them everyday! Today I wanted to try something new instead. Nothing like being holed in on a snow day to encourage experimentation in the kitchen! I decided to make this totally vegan-friendly, healthy, and delicious creation that I'll definitely be making again!

First I took frozen blackberries and blueberries and a splash of almond milk and blended it in the blender just enough so it was a really thick consistency. Then I poured it in a bowl, topped it with fresh blueberries, a banana, hemp granola (Hail Merry), and drizzled about 1/4 teaspoon of organic blue agave syrup (from Trader Joe's) on top of it all.

This would be great as a snack, dessert, breakfast or lunch! It's guilt free and packed with nutrients for you! Put good in and get good out! Eating healthy can be easy and delicious you just have to get creative!

Mocha Cake With Nutella Italian Meringue Buttercream

Fall is a perfect time for trying out new styles and trends when it comes to fashion, because we are making that inevitable transition from summer weather to cooler temps!
